Once new moves were taught we practised with partners.
The low undercuts needed our partners to get very low down !
Those wearing the pads stood in a ring around the hall whilst those wearing gloves practised the moves and footwork moving around the circle.
Routine time: Once again to Queen boxing, burpees and resultant breathlessness!

A new move-movement 7 and 8- uppercuts with pads held high.
A cool down activity: heads, shoulders, toes, knees...pads-which one of the pair grabs the pad first?
